How to improve productivity at workplace?

This title must have been searched for millions of times by people across the world.

And when I did the same, the search engine results were quite pedantic:

  • Be efficient
  • Delegate
  • Reduce distractions
  • Have the right tools
  • Improve workplace conditions
  • Practice positive reinforcement
  • Ensure employees are happy

Here is the problem with these seemingly simple words of advice – they do not offer the means to do what they preach. Coming from the commercial real estate industry, I am all the more aware of such issues. So, I decided to sit with a team of industry experts to delve deeper and come up with actionable solutions to achieve a high level of office-productivity.

It is in common knowledge that working towards employee-satisfaction if one of the primary reasons that a business grows well, but here is something that is not practiced by even the major firms, at times – All of the incentives in the world cannot make an employee work better if the basic of human emotions are not catered to.
